Coaching for Commitment: Coaching Skills Inventory (CSI) Self
The revised and updated Coaching Skills Inventory (CSI), Third Edition can be used in a number of ways; as a stand alone tool, as part of the Coaching for Commitment Workshop, or as a part of another coaching or leadership course . The CSI: Self is intended for use by anyone who wants to identify (1) a coaching gap compared to an ideal, (2) the role(s) he or she gravitates toward, and (3) proficiency levels in using certain coaching skills during interactions with others. The CSI has a 360-degree feedback component, called the CSI: Observer that is used to gain a holistic view of the behaviors and actions a person exhibits. The CSI: Observer also makes a great follow-up assessment for progress checks. The CSI: Self is a 50-item questionnaire that users self-score. The CSI takes approximately 20-30 minutes to complete and the associated CSI: Observer version takes about 15 minutes. Once completed, the inventory will reveal which of four roles—-instructor, mentor, manager and coach—-the participant is most likely to adopt when interacting with others. It will also show how frequently the skills of challenging, listening, asking, encouraging, and refining—-foundational skills for successful coaching—are deployed in a coaching conversation..

Symplectic Invariants and Hamiltonian Dynamics (Birkhauser Advanced Texts)
The discoveries of the last decade have shed new light on the old field of Hamiltonian systems and have led to the creation of a new field: symplectic topology. Surprising rigidity phenomena demonstrate that the nature of symplectic mappings is very different from that of volume preserving mappings. This raises new questions, many of them still unanswered. On the other hand, analysis of an old variational principle in classical mechanics has established global periodic phenomena in Hamiltonian systems. As it turns out, these seemingly different phenomena are mysteriously related. One of the links is a class of symplectic invariants, called symplectic capacities. These invariants are the main theme of this book, which includes such topics as basic symplectic geometry, symplectic capacities and rigidity, periodic orbits for Hamiltonian systems and the least action principle, a bi-invariant metric on the symplectic diffeomorphism group and its geometry, symplectic fixed point theory and first order elliptic systems, the Arnold conjectures and a survey on Floer- and symplectic homology. The exposition is self-contained and addressed to researchers and students from the graduate level onwards..

The Child Who Learned Dreams Come True
The Child Who Learned Dreams Come True is dedicated to children and the child deep within us all. That child who loves to dream, that loves adventure, that believes and hopes for great things. You see, we all dream. Dreams are a part of our character They encourage us, mentor us, help us to process life, and even help us to find greatness deep within. However, there is more. This book is also dedicated to adults who have lost their desire to dream, who have lost that desire for adventure, and feel that life's dreams have passed them by..

Paul Klee: Zentrum Paul Klee
The Zentrum Paul Klee, which opened its doors during the summer of 2005, is not an art museum in the traditional sense--just as its raison d''tre, Paul Klee, was by no means a traditional artist. Klee, who was also a musician, teacher, and poet, ranks comfortably as one of the 20th-century's most significant and beloved artists. His artworks, which partook marvelously in the spirit of the naef and the childlike, were the visual wonder of an intellect that also produced fascinating theoretical and educational treatises. The center, housed in a marvelously undulating building designed by renowned architect Renzo Piano, is set to become the leading resource worldwide for mediations on the life and work of Paul Klee, as well as the reception of his art. The diversity of Klee's artistic activities will be thoroughly represented here, with nearly 40 percent of the artist's entire oeuvre accounted for, totalling some four thousand paintings, watercolors, and drawings, as well as plentiful archives and biographical material. The collection has been compiled from a number of contributing sources, including generous donations and loans from the founding Klee and Mller families, the former Paul Klee foundation, and numerous private holdings..

Notes on Dynamical Systems (Courant Lecture Notes)
This book is an introduction to the field of dynamical systems, in particular, to the special class of Hamiltonian systems. The authors aimed at keeping the requirements of mathematical techniques minimal but giving detailed proofs and many examples and illustrations from physics and celestial mechanics. After all, the celestial $N$-body problem is the origin of dynamical systems and gave rise in the past to many mathematical developments. Jürgen Moser (1928-1999) was a professor at the Courant Institute, New York, and then at ETH Zurich. He served as president of the International Mathematical Union and received many honors and prizes, among them the Wolf Prize in mathematics. Jürgen Moser is the author of several books, among them Stable and Random Motions in Dynamical Systems. Eduard Zehnder is a professor at ETH Zurich. He is coauthor with Helmut Hofer of the book Symplectic Invariants and Hamiltonian Dynamics. Titles in this series are copublished with the Courant Institute of Mathematical Sciences at New York University..

Floer Memorial Volume (Progress in Mathematics)
Andreas Floer died on May 15, 1991 an untimely and tragic death. His visions and far-reaching contributions have significantly influenced the developments of mathematics His main interests centered on the fields of dynamical systems, symplectic geometry, Yang-Mills theory and low dimensional topology. Motivated by the global existence problem of periodic solutions for Hamiltonian systems and starting from ideas of Conley, Gromov and Witten, he developed his Floer homology, providing new, powerful methods which can be applied to problems inaccessible only a few years ago. This volume opens with a short biography and three hitherto unpublished papers of Andreas Floer. It then presents a collection of invited contributions, and survey articles as well as research papers on his fields of interest, bearing testimony of the high esteem and appreciation this brilliant mathematician enjoyed among his colleagues. Authors include: A. Floer, V.I. Arnold, M. Atiyah, M. Audin, D.M. Austin, S.M. Bates, P.J. Braam, M. Chaperon, R.L. Cohen, G. Dell' Antonio, S.K. Donaldson, B. D'Onofrio, I. Ekeland, Y.
