From the supplier: Latin America has not suffered adversely from the Asian financial crisis and still offers good investment prospects, according to two investment analysts specializing in Latin America attending the International Insurance Council's 'Roundtable on Insurance Conditions in Latin America.' Inter-American Development Bank Sr. Financial Economist Kim Stalking says the Asian crisis has highlighted the stability of Latin America with the result that investors are diverting capital to the region. Skol & Associates Pres Michael Skol said that the Asian crisis will not deter investors from investing in latin America.
