From the supplier: Retail establishments and single office buildings run the highest risk of being burglarized. Researchers at Temple University's School of Business and Management also reported that remote properties are most often victimized. Also, establishments that are perceived to keep large amounts of cash in-house are more likely to be burglarized. To be truly effective, alarm systems in commercial establishments should be able to deter, detect and identify would-be burglars.
