From the supplier: Suburban Journals Pres. and CEO Thomas Rice has been replaced by Alton Telegraph Printing publisher Don Miller because of his conflict with executives from Circuit City, one of the company's advertisers. Company owner Bob Jelenic refused to provide explanations as to the cause of the reshuffling. Rice, who has been president since 1990, will take over Miller's position in Telegraph.
