Q: You spent three years researching and writing Exercising the Penis. Why did you do it?
A: For two reasons First, men care about their penis and their sexual health. They have a need for a sense of control, especially control over their penis. Q: In the book, you focus on penile exercising properly and mention it is only healthy if you do so. Could you elaborate?
