From the supplier: A study was developed to determine whether preperformance behaviors perform the task of coordinating systems for actual performance. Preperformance behaviors were analyzed to find out whether preperformance behaviors showed a consistent rhythm across various activities and to determine the relationship of periodicity for preperformance routines to achieve performance success. Rituals were found to result from endogenous rhythms and stable periodicity of behaviors across activities were found to promote performance success.
