This enterprise is the result of a joint venture between cold storage facilities in Texas and Mexico and specializes in the transportation and storage of frozen food. From the supplier: Gooss Logistic GmbH should take pride in its being a major frozen food conduit to and from Europe. Beginning as an apple trader in 1935, Gooss later evolved into shipping fresh fruits to the eastern part of Germany. Today, Gooss is into the cold storage business, whose beginnings can be traced to the erection of its first refrigerated warehouse in 1968. Its warehouses have a 70,000-cubic meter capacity that can maintain seafoods, vegetables, fruits, meats and other products at -28 degrees Celsius to -30 degrees Celsius. Meanwhile, its Best Harvest arm handles co-packing of frozen commodities.
